Recipes #5: Punkin’ Biscotti

Serves: 3 dozen cookies
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
Biscotti base
150 ml (1/2 cup) pumpkin puree

Preparation and cooking
Prepare biscotti base dough as specified, then mix in pumpkin puree. For a little extra pungency, add some nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake cookies according to biscotti base recipe and cool.
